I’m Kelly Lippenholz, a speaker, coach, and educator passionate about helping people grow in communication, connection, and resilience. Over the years, I’ve seen how easy it is to feel disconnected—whether on a college campus, at work, or even within a team—and how much stronger we become when we learn to truly connect with each other.

 

I left my career in nonprofit and education to equip students, staff, and professionals with the people skills that make life and leadership work. Today, I teach audiences how to navigate difficult people, strengthen collaboration, and build resilience in the face of challenges.

 

My approach is extremely practical, story-driven, and rooted in real experiences. I believe that when we improve communication and connection, we don’t just grow as individuals—we transform teams, workplaces, campuses and communities.
