Kelly Lippenholz spent twenty years watching the same gap show up — in middle schoolers, in college students, in young professionals, in the managers trying to lead them. Smart, motivated people who couldn't navigate a difficult coworker, didn't know how to have a hard conversation, and had zero idea that their own communication style might be half the problem. Including Kelly herself, once upon a time.
